Floor Plans available on request

Dear valued clients,

Previously we were informed that there would be a physical queue for the Esparina project.
Further clarifications by the developer has confirmed that it will be a balloting process.

Mode Of Sales

The Mode of Sales for Esparina Residences on public launch date (8th Oct 2010) will be by way of BALLOTING to enter into showflat for booking an unit and / or showflat viewing.


Sequence Of Events

1st - 5th October 2010 (Friday to Tuesday) 11am to 7pm
- Showflat open for public viewing.
- Pre-registration for E-Application (Eligibility Check) on site.
- Eligible applicants will be given a "ballot number" for each family nucleus.
- "ballot number" needs to drop into the balloting box placed on site.

Our commission will be given by developer. Feel free to use my service. )

6th October 2010 (Wednesday)
- Grassroots Organisations (GRO) Selection.


7th October 2010 (Thursday)
- Showflat closed.


8th October 2010 (Friday) 9am
- Public Launch will start on 8 October 2010.
- Balloting will start at 9am SHARP on site.
- Sequence of entry into showflat for booking / viewing will be by way of balloting of the "ballot number".

Steps to consider for EC

Step 1: EC Eligibility checking

a) Eligibility Checklist form
Pls see form at this link from HDB

b) Particulars of Proposed Applicant(s) and Occupier(s) form
- Please prepare a copy of all relevant supporting documents.
i) Proof of Identity/Citizenship
ii) Proof of Relationship/Marital Status
iii) Proof of Income

c) Registration of Interest form
- Should you want to register their interest by submitting a cheque, please be informed that submitting a cheque does not constitute priority queuing, booking or confirmation of any unit and the mode of booking on the Launch Date will be in form of walk-in selection i.e. first come first serve.

- Cheque to be drawn in favour of:

"Malayan Banking Berhad for credit of FCL Compassvale Pte Ltd Project Account No. 04011032023"


Step 2: Obtain Financing advice from bank(s)

Please obtain financing advice from bank(s) on the the loan amount you can borrow for the purchase of an EC.

The Appointed Banks for ESPARINA RESIDENCES are OCBC and UOB.


Step 3: Submission of forms, relevant supporting documents and cheque

Please submit a PHOTOCOPY set of all duly SIGNED forms, relevant supporting documents and cheque to US.


Step 4: Submit e-application on actual site (1st to 5th October 2010)

There will be a tentage setup between 1st to 5th October 2010 (Friday to Tuesday) on the actual site for e-application submission.

Please meet me at the tentage with all relevant supporting documents during the above stated period to do your e-application submission.


Step 5: Actual Launch Day (8th October 2010)

Please come down with all relevant supporting documents and cheque on the Actual Launch Day. The mode of booking on the Launch Day will be in form of walk-in selection i.e. first come first serve.
